Clearing up exactly how much EFAs and CLA to take

The given amounts of EFAs and CLA that should be taken differ from opinion to opinion. Is it 6g or 8g of EFAs, and is it 6g or 6-10g of CLA that is best?
 
From the FAQ;

"Try to get 2-6 grams per day of EPA+DHA."

"It's going to take about 6-10 grams per day of CLA to notice any effect."

Check out the Supplements thread in the FAQ for all the info about why these dosages are suggested, and at what times to take these supplements, and what you can expect from them. The consensus I've noticed from a number of anecdotal reports has been that CLA helps you bulk with less fat gain.
