There is a new "buzz"creatine out now called creatine ethyl ester hydrochloride. What is exactly is so different about creatine ethyl ester?and has it shown to be that much more effective than regular monohydrate,or is it just all hype as usual?

Supposedly easier for the muscle to use because it can "enter the muscle directly." Also supposed to not be too strict as to when you take it as it's supposed to maintain more constant levels within the body. I have no idea whether or not this is true, but I found a decent deal on the stuff somewhere, so I bought it and I'll let you know if I feel any placebo effect. :) I do know from several users that it tastes like hell.
