Now, I thought one of the main rules in bodybuilding/weightlifting is to create an insulin spike after your workout in order to increase amino acid absorbtion.
I thought that insulin spikes make you tired. I also thought that the more you let your insulin spike, the less sensitive it gets. If I drink creatine in juice and create an insulin spike before a my workout and i'm also suggested to create a second insulin spike for post-workout nutrition, aren't I desensitizing my insulin reactions, therefore limiting my amino acid absorbtion capabilities? Also, wouldn't creating an insulin spike pre-workout cause me to feel drained during my workout?
