do you take your creatine once before workout? or do you split it into doses and take it twice or more daily? I thought you should split it up because the body cant take up a lot at one time...?!
 
From what I recall of the studies I've read creatine is at its peak in your blood stream about two hours after you take it. I try to eat at least 2 hours before I workout. No idea if it helps or not to be honest.
 
therefore you just take one dose a day? or split it up? never heard this with the 2 hours...thought it would be faster - so to take it just before your workout

I take it once a day, 5g, usually when I get home from work at around 5PM, and I work out at around 7PM. I do sometimes get a bit lazy and just mix it in with my protein shake that I take right before I work out.
