Diet Results from 8th Cycle

Amid all the Omega 3:6 discussion of past months, I decided to pay special attention to that ratio during my 8th cycle. I am not sure if there is a direct correlation between the type of food I was eating and my results, but it is worth noting that there may be. After all, one of the effects of taking in these EFA's and lean body mass retention. I not only did that during the cut, but I also added a couple pounds of muscle mass. I think I have muscle memory to blame for that, but as I said it is worth noting.

These are the average daily intakes for the past 7 weeks:

Unsaturated Fat: 47.96g
Saturated Fat: 21.03g
U:S Ratio: 2.28:1
Total Fat: 70.68g (25.8%)
Carbs: 268.46g (43.5%)
Fiber: 14.59g
Protein: 161.19g (26.1%)
Alcohol: 16.21g (4.6%)
Cholesterol: 291.51g
Sodium: 3679.52g
Potassium: 3653.1g
Omega 3: 1963.73g
Omega 6: 10385.89g

3 Ratio: 5.29:1

Overall, my protein intake should be higher, but I had two weeks where the weekends were pretty low. I need to check out the cho/sod/pot levels and see if they are within my guidelines. I think 300 gram is the RDA for cholesterol. I will improve the O6

3 ratio next cycle, but for the first time, I think that number is pretty good and low.
