Does creatine effectiveness decline with age?

Read a magazine blurb recently that stated the effectiveness of creatine use begins to taper off as you get older, with about age 35-36 being the approx. point where the decline begins. This conclusion was based on a Univ. of Wisconsin review of 500 creatine supplementation studies.

Thoughts from those more knowledgable?

I guess we could do our own study and have our wife's give us creatine or some placebo for 2 weeks then switch and see if we notice a difference ?

Looks like I'm staying with creatine until 65 :)
