ephedrine - prostate

on the label of Vasopro Ephedrine HCl is stated that there is a risk of enlargement of prostate while taking this
is there any real risk while taking recommended dose (6*12,5 mg) daily ?

forget your bum... what about your heart? it doesn't seem to be safe at all. wouldn't a couple extra sessions of cardio be better for you all around anyways?

The risk, at that dosage, is low to moderate. It depends on you. If it starts to bother you, and you'll know if it does, discontinue use. If not, no worries.

Your prostate is not your "bum".

It's pretty safe, actually.

A couple of extra cardio sessions don't do the same thing for you. There are a lot of things involved. It's not just energy expendature.
