hgh and carb timing

rezulin is banned in aus and am already taking metformin but that dosnt seem like it affects hgh uptake much.
Maybe i have gotten the whole insulin thing messed up but when i take the hgh in the morning would it be a good idea to down some high GI carbs at the same time?

ok no one got a answer for me so i'll try and answer myself.
It seems i had it back to front as i thought i might.

"Gh is most effective in a low carb environment (4 hrs prior / 1 hour post usage). Carbs cause insulin release which counteracts Gh."...medhed, anabolex.

I must be dumb as the whole insulin thing is confusing to me.
Time to buy a book i thinks
