hey,

i was hoping to find some advice about Human Growth Hormone. most of the claims i've been reading seem to be outlandish. has anybody had any real positive results from using this supplement? is there any reliable info on this? so far the only supplements i take are protein, and a daily multi-vitamin.

no need to reply. found some info that seems trustworthy that HGH that's not injected is pretty much garbage.
