HST - Split?

After I finish al little more research I plan on beginning an HST cycle this week.  Although I have a big newbie question for you all.

I find in a lot of HST routines you will generally pick 8 - 15 exercises and perform them on a M/W/F schedule.  But I dont see anything listed as a split from one workout to the next.  (I.E. Upper/lower)

So basically can I assume that I will be doing the same exercises, 3 times a week?  Or is it more based on personal preference?

The official program is a full body program, 3 times per week, so either the same exercises or alternating exercises for the same body parts each workout.

However, you can do upper/lower splits, AM and PM, or whatever, its not really a big deal either way, as long as you're working every muscle group 3x per week.
