I was reading that orally ingested growth hormone cannot work because it is a poly-peptide AA that ends up being broken down just like any other aminos in the system. If it works, how so?

What is pro hormone anyways?
Something that converts (or is supposed to at least) into male hormones inside your body, or something like that. Generally speaking, they're supposed to have most of the steroid side effects and only part of the beneffits but I think Mag-10 is a decent one. Anyway, I never used one so I wouldn't really know.
