My current routine is this:
BENCH
SQUAT
UP ROW
DEADLIFT
MIL PRESS
BB ROW
SHRUG
EZ CURL
TRI EXTENSION
CALFS
CHINS
I am now on workout 4 of the 5's, things are going great but I find the workout takes too long, would you reccomend I split it in two? and how would you split it? Obviously if I use 2 workouts I will only increase the weight by 5% 3 times as opposed to 6 times, should I start with heavier weights?
Do I have a workout A and B for the whole program or just for the 5's?
Ideas please

You could do an A/B split something like this.

A: Squat, Bench, BB Row, Chins, Shrug, Calves

B: Deadlift, Mil Press, UP Row, EZ-Curl, Tris

If it were me, I'd just drop out the isos until you finish your fives.
