In this article the author cites a few studies which seem to show that NO boosters may in fact have some effect on increasing protein synthesis through increased blood flow and nutrient delivery to the muscles. Other than the pumps they give I never saw a reason to use NO supps at all. Any thoughts on what he writes here?
