post wo milk

WHAT do u think of adding 40 g skimmed milk with 25 g whey post wo and added dextrose?can it have the same effect as a slow protein after wo>?
 
Skim milk is about 80% casein, and you have around 8-10g of that in your post-workout drink - so it won't have the same effect (comparing grams) as getting 30g or so from casein only.
