No research = no idea.
Lets look at ALA, it can influence non-insulin related glucose uptake. Why would that help creatine uptake. ANd once the cell is saturated, it wouldnt make any difference anyway.
The vast quantities of research show that the cheapest version of creatine works perfectly well (creatine monohydrate), you dont need high levels of glucose to increase uptake.
So why take something that just raises the cost of the supplement?
