Watched this and thought it might be of interest to others here and maybe spark a bit of discussion:

The presentation was made back in Jan 08, so it's almost two years old now. That means there's nothing new here but the info is presented well by Mr. Gardener.

(It's about 1hr 15mins so you'll need to be sitting comfortably with some high protein/carb/fat snacks... er, take your pick and see which may have been a better choice - or not - by the end!)
