I personally take 1200mg of coral calcium per day with a glass of apple juice or milk to help the calcium with intestinal absortion. Also, I take 5g ofbaking soda with every meal, before and after training, and right before bed. My body stays in an alkaline state. Also, I suffer no loose stools from the baking soda which is sodium bicarbonate. Plus the coral calcium has curred my asthma which I have been suffering with for 25 of my 26 years of life. I no longer have any breathing problems and I am totally off of my asthma medications, bronchial steriods, and albuterol inhalers. Plus, most of my allergies are gone except for my allergy to pussy cats.
