Hi everyone I've got a questions about my supps.
With creatine and whey can you put them together and mix and drink it or do you have to take them in separate?

I've also got fish oil/multivitamin and joint support when should I be taking all of these?

Thanks in advance!

I take the multivitamin first thing in the morning, then the fish oils after breakfast (if i take them without something in my belly i start to have fish oil burp... gross )

Put creatine in your post workout with your whey and your source of carbs, or take it with something that spike your insulin when you don't workout (so ideally after breakfast).

Hope this help :)

If you take fish oil before bed then you won't get the fish burps while awake.

Creatine doesn't matter. Just take it whenever, mix it with your preworkout shake if you want.

You should consider a calcium supplement if you are not getting much milk in your diet.

Ok thanks for the responses, I will take my creatine with my shake then, is it bad if I take it post workout? after working out since or is it better with my pre workout shake?

Calcium I think I will have enough, I eat all bran cornflakes with milk every morning or try to drink a glass or two of milk every day.

Ok fish oils before sleeping then and multi when waking up :)

And my joint support pack from animal pack when should I take them? I just started re training from a 9 month stop so I think probably start taking them in a month or so?

See my previous post:

Honestly, you are most likely wasting your money. Animal pack is overpriced for one, and joint support, I'm assuming means glucosamine, etc, which only really helps people who already have joint problems. So far, I've seen no real evidence that it is effective as a preventative. You'd be better off taking more fish oil instead.

I hope you eat some decent protein for breakfast too? If you want to put on muscle, make every meal count.

I think there is some research referenced in the FAQ's that shows improved take-up of creatine if taken prior to working out. It won't make a lot of difference compared with not taking it at all though.

Theres no problem with doing this. I used to do this when taking just protein/ creatine. But now I take a pre workout that has creatine in it.
