    Starting out

    I want to start doing hst. I have been doing all the weight lifting exercises to get used to doing them and using right technique. So where in an HST routine should I start. I have done a 10rm and 15rm cycle but I kept on going to heavy and technique was bad.

    Does the bar in bench press have to touch your chest because my safety bar on the power rack stops the bar for touching?
