I think alot of pros will cut water. using diuretics, or just not drinkin several hours b4 the competition... then load up on sugar to get that...
that sounds like BS to me... doing 1 hr on an elliptical is a great way to burn fat, IMO...
Are you spending energy elsewhere? like at work? less sleep?? when do you work out? - different then usual? what's changed?
Just a thought, try dropping all the isos for a cycle or two. ;)
I agree on AM workouts... i feel WEAK in the AM unless i put away 2-3 meals first.
Why not just SD??? i just did a 3 week SD, and i'm nice and sore from my first 15s workout.

When i was cutting i had some loose skin, it tightened up reallllllly fast...
maybe it also has something to do with my metabolism??? and thyroid hormones?
When i bulked last my biceps veins really started to bulge out more, while my bodyfat climbed steadily. so it could happen.
