For me i like to make a general outline for what i eat. and then try to stay as close as possible to it.... in the past i've only done this for cutting (bulking i would just try to eat
alot)... doing it this cycle for bulking... hoping to put on some big mass.
I think alot of pros will cut water. using diuretics, or just not drinkin several hours b4 the competition...
then load up on sugar to get that vascular look b4 they step on stage...

oh yes i know that cardio WILL lower the heart rate that's a given.
But i am curious as to whether or not resistance training has an affect on heart rate at all, negative or positive.
