    Carbs post workout. Get it in!!!

    I was the same way. I worked out about 6 months before realizing how important carbs are for the growth of your muscles. I'm already a hard gainer, 6.0 148lbs. But getting enough carbs now and eating more I'm finally making my way up to my goal weight of 165.
