I am on my 5th week of HST. however, on the 5th week, I had to stop my HST on wed, so i couldnt workout for 4 days. I started again on Monday, my strenght didnt decrease or nothing, but I still wanted to ask if the Hst effect had stoped, because I stoped workingout for 4 days. Thanks
I would change 2 of he incline sets in to weighted dips. Also why not use some whey powder. Whey is cheaper and better than bars and milk, Espically after work out. 3 meals a day is fine, but u can probably get in a postwork out meal of whey and fructose right after your workout right? anyways...
I ve done 9 weeks of HST already. 2 weeks of 10s and 7 weeks of 5s. However, I notice that my strength has continusly gone up, even after the 9's week. Ex. Benching has gone up at least 5 pounds every week.

I always thought incline barbell is better for mass because it allows you to lift more, however recently people have been telling me that dumbbell is better for mass. Is this true?
SO are you saying that I should dirty bulk and look chubby and fat for half the year and the cutt down and look good for the other half?
Clean bulking does allow you to bulk more though.
Thats not my point. My point is to ask if one should eat a lot of stuff and bulk and bulk, fat and muscle all together and then cut. Or is it better to eat healthy, restrict cals, CLEAN BULk, and cut little. Because I heard clean bulking dont get you as much muscle gain as dirty bulking.
