    Why do u care what percentage your body fat is? I'm sure you have a mirror in your house and you can tell if you want 2 bulk up or cut?

    Water retention is also a factor in muscle hardness. As far as I know my muscles are a lot harder (although smaller) when i'm not hydrated.

    Yeah, injuries suck. Some u can work through some u can't. Happened to me just couple of weeks ago (shoulder injury) just like u described it. I'm back to doing bench presses but i'll lay of military presses for a while because it still feels iffy.
