Sesame Halva

Hi,
so I'm talking to my mate at work and he brings this stuff out. Sesame Halva its called and its 50% crushed sesame seeds and 50& honey. Per 100g its 520 cals, 13.6g protein, 45.6g carbs and 31.4g fat.
I couldnt' beleive it was 520 calories for this little block!
Would this be a good choice for boosting calories on a bulk or does it look like a quick way to get fat?

Well, it's calories, that's for sure! But I wouldn't rely on it- look a the profile- there's relatively little protein, and LOTS of fat. I'd aim for something more balanced.
