HST Cycle

Does this look ok?
Monday, Leg Press, Leg Curl, DL,Bench,Seated Rows,Shrugs,Dumbbell Press,EZ curl,Skull Crushers,Calf Raises.
W. Leg Press,SLDL,Dips,Lat Pulldown,Shrugs,Military Press,Hammer Curl, Pushdowns,Calf Raises.
F. Leg Press,LegCurl and the rest of this one is the same as on Monday.
15's will be 1 set, 10's 2 sets and 5's will be 2-3 sets
Some input would be great, Thanks
 
Looks fine. That's what I did for my first cycle (ongoing), just pick a bunch of compound exercises and some isos and go by the HST principles. For my next cycle, though, I'm gonna follow Vicious's Pimped HST plan, involving layering the more advanced techniques on top of some basic exercises.
 
Hey Guys thanks for jumping in. Mr HST the only reason I did 15's for 1 set and 10's for 2, and 5's for 2-3 was I tend to get and stay sore and hit the so called over training quick so I wanted to see how this went.

lieg..... I would love to do what you said, butttttttt My shoulder has been giving me some probs, and squats just kill it.And to many Dead will waste my back
