    i think you posted in the wrong area.. but anyway.. i prefer seated because when the dumbells get really heavy during the 5s... i don't think i would be able to lift those up when standing.

    i'm a hard gainer too.. started eating around 3500. incredible gains. but also some fat stored in my stomach. i don't know if i'm going to cut food or add more exercises in a day. 2.5 lbs a week is great. how are the gains?

    i have strength gains every cycle. +5 pounds (Except for inclined hammer curls. it's very hard to increment +5 pounds EVERY cycle) i know HST is hypertrophy-specific but i really gained a lot of strength from it
