    Oats keep me full MUCH longer. Also cheerios are also rather high in sodium. (273 mg per 30 g) May not seem like much but hey, every little bit helps. I'm SURE cheerios could easily be used, but me personally i'd go oats for cutting.

    Androgen receptors are specialized structures on the interior of a cell that binds with androgens. i.e testosterone. Muscles like shoulders and traps have a greter abundance of these and therefore when people are "on" they seem to grow shoulders and traps "overnight"... well...

    I think it depends what you are looking to do... Oats cannot be beaten for cutting as a carb. source IMO. Cheerios are good for you, but they are also processed. If you are cutting go for the oats!

    In my personal opinion, i think if the volume stays the same over the week thier should be no real difference. BUT, If i have 2 exercises for one bodypart i tend to like to spread it out and do less volume of each exercise each workout and increase the frequency. For example...If i did both...

    i like more freq. workout for the hunger thing :) normally i have a realllllllly small appetite. but when i'm training i can eat 3500 calories eaaaaaaaasily every day.

    Thanks Scooper182! I'm looking forward to bulking again, I'm cutting right now, very low carbs. i took that pic yesterday (no carb day) felt kinda deflated. but ya i can't wait to start packing on the mass :D my uni schedule is a little more pleasing then LAST yrs... i was at school till 10...
