    i tried finding this in the faq and searching, so sorry, as I am sure it has been posted before. how many sets are you suppose to do in the negatives? i am going to do my 2RM 1-2 reps, followed by 2-3 negative reps. how many sets though? 1? 2? 3? (not counting warm up sets obiviously)

    so in the 5s do you do 3 sets of an exercise, doing one superset with another exercise immediately after the 3rd set? also, if you keep the weight the same and do a superset you would be dangerously flirting with failure.

    legs tend to grow better in higher rep ranges anyway. most claim they grow best at 20 reps. this will allow you to greatly reduce the load. from my understanding leg extensions are harder on the knees than leg presses.
