this is the "outline" you provided us... You're not willing to discuss this intelligently, therefore I have no hope of learning anything of value from you. I'm done wasting my time on this...good luck and continued success in whatever you do.

all you have shared with this group is this little tidbit: "I gained" nothing else.

Well, you sorta of are on trial...you came here and made some pretty bold statements with little or nothing to back them up other than your personal progress...so, it's only a waste of time if you aren't willing to discuss it...if you are simply going to blow smoke up our proverbial dresses...

Well, that's a good start...at least we vaguely know what you used to do...but then you launched into alot of fluff about how great jreps are - then the second post was just way more fluff. A well respected name in the fitness exercise industry made a post on another site that pretty much...

OK, fair enough...I think you may have become an innocent victim here, but here me out You need to provide us with information so we can determine if maybe this will work for us, or maybe it won't. To come here and say "this is the greatest thing since sliced bread" but not provide...

funny that...the forums at the Hardgainer site are called the "Round Table"...maybe another law suit possibility against J-reps!

you know, I spent some time today surfing some other weight training sites...man, these guys really leave a trail...every single site went through the exact same thing with these guys that went on here...not much of a marketing plan to me... <sarcasm on>"hey, lets go on these sites...

Dood - thanks for helping me out! Its hard to convey sarcasm online I guess...kinda like telling a joke and only you laugh at it! Oh, and be sure to mail BDJ 47 cents for unauthorized typing of "that" word!

My original point was that apparently to know anything about Jreps without actually having purchased the book is in violation of some sort of law...I was concerned that the OP had shared the info from the book with an non-paying outsider, therefore kicking him out of the "club". I'm...

1 Quick question to ppl who know about HIT

Eventually, you'll burn out doing all that to failure...I suppose for now, while it's "easy" you can continue to do everything, but I would start dropping some of the accessory stuff that will just slow progress in other areas. Towards the end, I would be focusing on the squat, dead...

1 Quick question to ppl who know about HIT

are you doing that routine from BB.com? If so, that ain't HIT, at least not Stuart McRoberts HIT. Squats 1 X 8 - 10 reps - great (try 20's with a weight you can do for 10!) Leg Extensions 1 X 8 - 10 reps - drop these add deadlift or SLDL Leg Curls 1 X 8 - 10 reps - drop these Dumbbell...

    Inclined Bench

what exactly is "starting to look droopy" you or the bench?? if it's the bench, you could try putting some blocks under the legs on the head end...that only may be a temp thing if the bench is on its "last legs" so-to-speak

    Gironda's bench & curls

I agree about feeling unstable with my feet up...I think the whole point about the "legs up" was to keep your back flat against the bench. I read somewhere (possibly a Stuart McRobert book) about actually inclining your bench in the lowest position, then as you do your normal arch...
