    lei me see , 1st two weeks 15 reps then 10 reps weeks 3 an 4 weeks 5an 6 is 5reps 7th an 6th weeks are 5 reps that are negative

    besides the example routine , does any one have a routine they could share , the example is that for the hole three days , hole body , is there any one that has something different they can share , thanx for your time and help
