    You need the fish oil for the omega-3's. Peanut butter has none. Lyle was asked about the fish oil in his forum at bodyrecomposition.com and he says that it has so many beneficial qualities that you wouldn't believe him if he listed it all. Protein and EFA's are the only two essentials.
