Proper diet during SD prior to 1st cycle

At the end of the day it doesn't matter when you ate, just how much and what you ate. That's weird, I was posting to another thread. Oh well.

    Area Specific Exercises

    1) I do rear delt flyes 2) Get a time machine and pick different parents. In all seriousness though, inner chest is more about genetics than anything. Try making your chest bigger and hopefully it will fill in. ;) I'd almost recommend doing squats and deadlifts on the same day. In my upcoming...

    6 days and maxes

Then again, getting to max for four days may actually be easier because I will be using less exercises per day than I would if I had to do two full body max sessions. Besides, four different workouts is more fun too! :)

    6 days and maxes

So 9's would look something like this (keep in mind I haven't found maxes yet)... The last number of each are the 9RM with two increments going back. Each workout (ABCD) will be done three times per two week block. A-B-C-D-A...etc. Is there any way you can think of to eliminate working at my...

    6 days and maxes

I'm sorry about the above post, I'm not even sure if it was coherent. Do you understand what I'm saying about being at my max for four days in a row with the ABCD approach?  The last W Th F S would all be 9RM, 6RM, and 3RM respectively.  If I went AB, I would only be at my max 2 days in a row...

    Fat intake while bulking

So you see no real difference between... 3500 (a hypercaloric situation) calories broken down into the following: Situation 1: PRO: 200g CHO: 550g FAT: 55g Situation 2: PRO: 200g CHO: 250g FAT: 189g Situation 3: PRO: 200g CHO: 100g FAT: 255g My main concern is that while being...

    Fat intake while bulking

Settle down.??? I was merely posing a question. The ice cream fit into my calories for the day. Once protein was adequate, which it was, and EFAs were covered, which they were, why not have 500 calories of ice cream? I don't think it makes a difference as long as calories are the same...

    Fat intake while bulking

My chicken breasts usually have anywhere from 5-8g of fat by my calculations. I eat one, maybe two a day. The chickens are on PSMF by the way. The cottage cheese has 3g of fat per cup, it's 1% reduced fat. If my fat goes up one day, carbs will go down that day. In the context of...

    Fat intake while bulking

If you are hypercaloric and eating a lot of carbs (thus meeting energy needs), I would think that you would begin to store a lot of fat that way. On the other hand if you are low carbing it, and most of you energy is being supplied by fats, then not at all.

    Fat intake while bulking

Yes, but Bryan also says that the protein we will be eating will provide 7-14g of fat per meal. The lean chicken breast, cottage cheese, and whey powder that I eat don't have nearly that much fat. I was wondering whether or not to fill those extra calories with some good fats such as walnuts...
