    for me 2 problems: 1 :lot of lactose which could induce digestive disorder. and 2:antibiotics which are given to the cows. if calcium could induce cancer, it may be in very large quantity , i don't know if you can reach the fatal dosage even if you drink 10 liters of milk in one day.

    sure omega 3 are primeval. But don't forget omega 9, 6. some fat are very good (coconut butter). Just keep it in cool place . in general fat are not conserved in good conditions (light, high temperature (even not fried). avoid trans fat and hydrogened fat, in fact i think we could live without...
