Got any tips of what to do and not to do to make it through the 14 day deconditioning period. I am moody and might take some Midol...

Work on your foosball.
Read "War and Peace".
Go Camping.
Learn Spanish. (I do)
Contemplate your Navel.

Go for some long walks/bike rides in the countryside,
Plan your next holiday,
Get some books out of the library and read them,
Learn some memory improvement techniques,
Find some new recipes,
Get an e-commerce site up and running…

14 days is just too short a time!

14 days would be time enough to get a killer base tan - dont know where you are but even here in North Dakota the sun has been coming out the past week or so...

Try going four damn months. I got messed up in a fall a few months ago, bruised bones in my right foot and messed up my knees and broke a toe for good measure. I still don't trust myself to squat and my back hasn't been right since. Still, I'm better than what I was right afterward.

Read, read, and read some more is all I can say. And plan your come back.
