15's kick arse after negs and SD

I did my first set of 15's on my second HST cycle this yr.

and they really got me fired up.

I believe its called Lactic acid build up? but it was hard throwing up dumbell shoulder presses....45 secs back to back, sets of 15.

I can see why I lose my most fat during this period

Is't 23 days of SD a little excessive?
 
This monday was the first time I ever have done squats for 15 reps and I only did one set becuase this week Im just finding my 15 RM, 10RM, and 5RM for all my exerices. Well anyways, the next two days, my quads were pretty sore and I only did 1 set. I love being sore.

Yea that's what I'm getting at with some stuff I'm reading. I was figuring if I SD'd for longer, I'd get better growth out of the light weights, now I'm not sure if that's the case.
