2 x wk workouts?

so im getting staffed 80 miles from home and i might start staying in hotels

i know i wont be able to find a real gym in a hotel, they only have pseudo gyms with some pull down machines and treadmills

if i cant find a decent enough gym to sub one day a week are there any 2 x wk programs out there or modifications that you can make to HST or 5x5 program that are sufficient?

does anyone else travel and have this problem?

i'm probably going to try to do Thurs / Sat / Mon (subbed at pseudo gym)

i remember seeing a dual factor program a few years ago that was tuesday / thursday
 
ah ha.. i found a hotel that lets you use the local facilities gym for free
problem solved

we'll see what happens when i switch to another town

york PA is the home of york barbell company if memory serves. i lived in harrisburg PA (not far) back in the early 90s but really didnt enjoy it all that much.

travel is tough. up until recently work included a lot of travel thru out the whole summer. so much so that my lift sched was mainly oct. to april and the summer was just get in when you can.
