I'm just gearing up for my 2nd HST cycle, after some good results on the 1st, and was wondering what the consensus is on keeping the 15's. I read in the general program that you can just start on the 10's after your first cycle. Do you guys feel that the 15's provide a hypertophic response or primarily prep your body for what's to come? I seem to remember Bryan commenting that you can grow at each rep stage.
