Just coming to end of the 5's which I will follow with 2 weeks of 3's as I train alone and will struggle to do negatives. good results so far.
For the next cycle should I keep the exercises in the same order or shake them up to shock the body more??

Same order. Same exercises. Or different order, different exercises. Feel free. Just maintain a chronic, progressive load.

You're not going to ''shock'' your body unless you start playing with electrical outlets...
 
I would suggest that you try to use the same or similar heavy compound movements if you plan on continuing to use them in the future. Since it can take some time for neural adaptation for those exercises I wouldn’t want to drop them from my program for an 8-12 week cycle + 2 SD periods and then pick them up again. For example I’m always going to keep some form of Dead Lift, Squat, Bench and Pull/Chin Up in my routine.
