Damn its been a while since I've posted here ...
Anywho ... I used to train 2x a week, although my routine was much much different. If I can dig it up I'll post it for you. I liked 2x a week training. I dont think I've been as strong or as big as I was when partaking in such a routine.
It does have its limitations, however. If you dont give your body enough rest time you'll end up with a shoulder injury like I did. I've been out for the last 6 months itching to get back in.
We'll see how it goes.
