4 weeks into 5's. please advise...

...I just kept the 5's going because I am continuing to get stronger. But at 40 yrs old I feel I might be pushing too hard and I'm feeling a bit sleepless. Please advise me, should I continue or switch to 2's or negatives before taking time off???

continue with 5s if you can, or go to lower reps if you can't, or just end it and rest for a week or two if you are already burned out.

That's exactly what I do and I'm 53. This time I may go to 3's. You can try ZMA to help w/ the sleep and testosterone production...not that it does a lot for that, but you will sleep better.

when you are maxin gout on the 5s, you can continue to add weight by doing single reps with a breif rest between for multiple reps. This is a great way to continue to progress the load and still get enough volume in.
