a couple hst questions

I tried HST a while ago and had good results. I plan on trying it again but have a couple of questions.

First, ive been reading that maybe switching the weight everyweek is better.
For example going:
week 1: 15
2: 12
3: 10
4: 8
5: 5
6: 5
7: 5 rep max
8: 5 rep max

or should I just do it traditionally? Which ways have yielded better results for you guys.

Also, I want to add pullups to my routine. However 15 (bodyweight) is the maximum number of pullups I can do.

Should I skip pullups for week (or two) of 15's?

Also, there was a formula that helped calculate repson the other site. For xample, if you can rep 250lbs 5 times, then you can rep 200 10 times. Does anyone have the formula? thanks

Do you have access to a high pulley? If so use the high pulley for weights below your BW.

Thanks.....

I remeber there was another one.

ex.
100% =1
94% = 2 reps
88% = 3 repes..

ect

it looked something like that. He had it up a long time ago. If anyone has a link to that it would b appreciated

but thank you anyway....also I dont have high pulley....should I stick with lat puldowns?
