heh... I have also been lurking there the past few days and cracking up occasionaly.
i especially loved the article about how badass Yates was because he tore most of his major muscles training to the ultimate intensity. the mark of a true champion is to sabotage your own career and health with dangerous training methods. awesome dude! now I know how to 'get to the next level'. i've got to focus more on tearing enough more muscles with 300 lb lateral raise negs.
