Advice Please

To avoid muscle wasting, top up on protein and have a good breakfast!

Foloow the routine, don't deviate all you aclimatization should work fine during the 15's.

No...you can do your cardio on emptry stomach if it suits you, but you have to top up on protein immediately afterwards or mix up protein into a good breakfast!

No again...the routine is perfect, adding more to it can be done but you have cored all the bases, so why do that? As I pointed out if you slow down the rep cadence during 15's you'll make your workout last slightly longer and the inensity of each set will be better.

Have not yet started the high frequency routine, have elongated or stretched my current 5's as I feel I am still gaining!

The gains are very slow indeed but I still feel good anyhoo, and so I keep going.

Will let everyone know as soon as I start it.

Sometimes with these soooo slow gains I think my test maybe low but then my libidio is on high revs so it can't be...I am eating well too
