Alternating or Consistency

Not yet. Lately I like to push it into a 5x5 but this cycle I'm going to stick with 3x5 until strength gains slow down, then I might go to a 3x3 or 5x3. I'm doing more exercises this time around instead of sticking to just 3 or 4 compounds. Also, I keep getting sick this winter, so I'm trying to cut volume back and see what happens. 10x3 sounds like a lot of fun though and I hope to do it this summer.

Actually, I've lost a bit due to some sickness... I'm hovering around 215 lbs right now, but I'm heading to the doctor this week to figure out what's going on. I've had like no appetite lately, really hard to get the calories in and keep them in. But... once I get that all sorted, I'll be starting a proper bulk again. I'd like to hit 245 sometime this year. That just feels like a nice round number to me, funny because I'll probably be a bit round when I hit it.
