AM/PM... I was wondering...

Because I am busy AM, could I still do the AM/PM split by say working out at 4 in the evening and then 8 at night??? Or something along those lines...
 
Also could you give advice on my AM/PM style workout:

AM (All Free Weights)

Squat
DB Bench Press
Deadlift
DB Shoulder Press
Barbell Row

PM (All Machines)

Leg Press
Chest Press
Pulldowns
Shoulder Press
Toe Press

All exercises 1 set
 
That looks pretty good, though i would not squat and deadlift in the same workout. I would substitute the deadlift for the leg press in the PM workout.

If you can, use different exercises though in the PM. For example, in the AM I do incline bench and rows and the PM i do dips and chins.
 
I would do dips but all I've got is a dip bar and no straps to hold weights. There just to much effort. And I think pulldowns are more suitable to my kind of training. Thanks for the input though. I will think about switching the deadlift.

Switch the deadlift to the afternoon or alternate, else I don't see the problem!

Dips are excellent, you should get yourself a belt, go to the home equipment forum, Bryan has mentioned some mods you can do to a belt to get it done cheaply.
