Today I went to the gym and got my 15RMs. I can't wait for Wednesday to get my 10RMs. Needless to say, I am pretty psyched to get started after my SD.
What really got me going was, at least as of now, my knees made it through a set of squats and deadlifts. So far, no pain...but I am taking it easy as far as weight goes. I will tell ya where I do feel it, right around/below my glutes. Them muscles have not been used in a while.
