Are EFA requirements less for sedentry individuals than for BBs?
~3-4% total energy off the top of my head
Is it advisable to increase EFA consumption while trying to lose fat?
ADditional EPA/DHA (not EFA's) may help increase BMR, and may potentially result in increased nutrient partitioning towards muscle.
