BCAA

I got a few questions. I'm ordering TrueProtien BCAA to use post cycle (currently running a Test only). I'm a little confised about all this information regarding BCAA now though. Things like ... Its only effective at mega doses ... & ... It should or should not be taken only on an emtpy stomach.

I'm not looking to gain, I'm gaining enough right now. My goal is maintanence. I've never tried BCAA and know little about it. I hear its great post cycle.

My questions are:
Once and for all ... what is the effective dose? How often should it be taken? Can it be taken throughout the day, or as mentioned, only on an empty stomach (first thing monring, before bed)? What is your thoughts on TrueProtien's BCAA (I hear it good quality).

& lastly, a little off topic, would you recommend mixing it with my dextrose & creatine? I made a blend of dex/creatine/L-Arginine/L-carnitine. So would BCAA be a nice addition to this blend?

I have no idea about the mixing, don't see how it would hurt. I do know that everyone I know who uses them uses them post workout for the most part.

What about doses? Peeps are trying to tell me 50g ED. That's to expensive for me. Any suggestions? I'mthinking 20g ED. 10g when i wake up & 10g post workout.
 
10-20grams sounds about right from what I've read. Some people megqadose with 50+, don't know about their results though, if any.
