been overtraining and needed to change up

For about 6 months now I've been doing two-a-days 7 days a week with a 3 day split. I need to change my routine up.



My bodyparts lacking are Biceps peak and my chest peak, everything else is looking good.

I am able to do this HST with a two-a-day, I think I've read that this is the best way to do it. Just looking for some examples of some routines, when my bis and chest priority principles in mind.
