Before And After Pictures Thread!

    Let's get some before and after pictures when running PURELY HST. Interested to see your guys' progress with the program. If you have made differences to pretty much the vanilla HST program be sure to let us know as well. Can help serve as some inspiration for the youngers like myself. I would post pictures but I'm on my first cycle of HST, so no help there.

    I don't see why other would post pictures here if you didn't. Being on the first cycle is not a excuse since you proposed before pictures to be posted...

    Before pictures don't really have any merit without after pictures in the context of comparison to see people's results with this program, hence why I didn't post mine. Nevertheless if you are really interested in seeing my skinny pale before pictures, I do have them in my training log in the training logs section of the forum.

    I have some pics from last year, taken over 12 weeks from January '14. First picture is before, second picture is after 6 weeks, 3rd picture is after 12 weeks.

    I was running HST 3 days a week and Leagains IF diet. Although, i was aiming more to cut body fat than hypertrophy. Its in my log if you wanted to view what I was doing.

    Great progress in 12 weeks Browner. What have you been doing the last 9 months?

    For several months after that cut I wanted to re gain some strength, so was doing stronglifts 5x5 program, then ran a wendler program 5/3/1 program until the end of the year, but didnt take any more pics. Then just before Christmas I got back on the HST boat, but then had a chest infection over Christmas, plus the usual Christmas food meant muscle gains lost, and fat gained, so had to start again in the new year. Currently doing a 4 day upper/lower program using HST principles.

    Cut went well man, your chest stayed the exact same while your midsection shrunk!
